Erica Fenlon

The Fenlon Group is a small business consulting firm. Its simple goal is to help entrepreneurs navigate the exciting and challenging path to small business success.

Erica is a senior financial and operations professional, with 20+ years experience helping clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small- and mid-sized businesses.  She draws on 15+ years of Wall Street investment banking experience, largely in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. She also brings small business ownership experience to the table, including the creation and operation of a brick-and-mortar fitness business in Charlotte. Her operational experience also includes the formation and management of a new division in a private equity-owned small services business. 

She lives in North Carolina with her husband Tom, son Cannon and dog Charley.
